2. • As part of the Talent sourcing team, ITES – BPO Volume hiring was involved in end-to-end
recruitment and on-boarding for large clientele's for Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Airline
and Technical & Non – technical Process.
• Planning of large scale recruitment that involves sourcing of quality profiles from
databases, portals, referrals, head hunting, online advertising, and through networking.
• Filtering profiles based on client requirements, short listing the candidates and scheduling
the various rounds of interviews spanning from telephonic to finalizing the profiles prior to
final client round.
• Involved in handling preliminary interviews and capable of short listing skilled candidates.
Involved in effective coordination and facilitation of short listed candidates and client team
for next level interview.
• Sharing the short listed profiles with the client for face to face interview, Interact with

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Clients related queries and concerns of client and to
