Responsible to review and approve installation Methods of Procedures (MOPS) and project manage installation
vendors to ensure projects were completed according to corporate policies within specified timeframes for Michigan
and Ohio Mobile Switch Offices (MSO). Participated in annual 18 month strategic planning. Audited equipment and
collaborated with National Headquarters (NHQ) to create projects to clean up previous installations that were found to
be of poor quality to enhance network quality and reliability.

Metasolv Engineer Lead designer and resident expert for all circuits of DS3 and above capacity for the Detroit Market.
Created drawings for these circuit designs. I was responsible for lead project management of implementing the TBS
M6 software for the Telco group. Effectively collaborated with other groups and NHQ to provide layouts and updated
reference sheets for the SS7 circuits in the market.

3. Key Achievements:
 Metasolv design T1, T3 and OC systembandwidth within the M6 software for numerous markets.
 Worked with MetaSolv SME’s using SQL to load circuits to Metasolv system. (migration to Metasolv).
 Demonstrated ability to produce accurate designs which contributed to Michigan Markets discrepancy rate of
99.63%.
 Successfully aided in the restoration of circuits through creative thinking and knowledge of MSO, effectively
rerouting circuits.
 Effectively assisted othergroups in the Midwest region, such as MSO, project management and regional
design groups in regards to DCS audits and IMT design.
 Acted as subject matter expert of equipment layout and DCS information that was on the Livonia to Westland
Connector ring to the TCG ring to ensure traffic stayed up and NUP time high. Along with Metasolv updating.
 Demonstrated expertise in documenting resources such as spreadsheets and the Sonet inventory sheets for the
Michigan Market. Along with keeping Metasolv up to date extensively.

Lead subject matter expert on DAC functionality. Designed all DS3 ports and assigned all cross connections
in Titan 5500 and 532 L machine and Alcatel 1630 and 1631 in the Detroit area MSOs.

This was a contracted position through AeroTech.I was contracted out to Nextel to perform daily switch activities
which included trouble shooting circuit outages using T –Berd test sets,DS3 turn ups and preventive maintenance. As a
result was hired into Nextel.
