and data EDGE/GPRS 

 Conducted and created an optimization process for Cellular One network that included Cell Techs,

 The process included a methodology for a set of KPIs to be set and followed for the behavior of the
network, for Drop calls, Blocking, accessibility, retain ability and minutes of use. The methodology
followed an industry standard of KPI for GSM/EDGE/GPRS. Drove tested areas of concerns usingInvex3G
tool to collect data and Interpreter tool to analyze data collected and made recommendations for
changes to improve performance 
