 As a Test/QA Engineer for Frontier Networks my responsibilities were to assist in converting
properties that Frontier newly acquired, (CA, TX and FL), involving creating requirements, mapping,
migrating and testing of all products and services that Verizon supplied over to Frontiers network.
 I was responsible for assisting in creating test cases in HP ALM and help design test steps and the
queries to be able to execute the test needed to confirm the data and code that was written for
converting inside plant, HSI equipment, (DSLAMS), Internet Service Provider information, Service
Area Master Records, line cards, terminals, cable pairs, Subscriber Provisioning information, Plant
Control Tables including Value Maps, COE and HOE comparisons, E911 tables and S/O
comparisons/data integrity.
 Assisted in code management and testing of all converted data using AS400 (IBM iSeries), DPI TFS
Billing System, Oracle / SQL, HP ALM, SIMPL, M6, Sterling and TRIAD.
 Used Analytics to look for patterns in discrepancies and tested multiple layers of data to find and
track issues by opening and managing defects with HP ALM.
