Scope of Responsibilities
• Responsible for Quotations & Invoicing.
• Create, organize and manage tenders.
Sales Initiatives:
• Developed and sustained relationships with potential and existing clients by coordinating
professional meetings, attending promotional events and providing effective
administrative support.
• Actively support company sales team – Coordinated sales details, pre-sale material, and
after-sale deliveries.
• Participating in execution of sales strategies

Scope of Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing tenders, regular quotations. Process Tender awarded items. Provide
quotation requested by customers. Maintain purchase order data into the system. Monitor the
arrival of stocks on regular basis. Facilitates and initiates the processing of sales and sales
invoices. Supervises and coordinates with the dispatch area for smooth operations of all
deliveries. Occasionally visits dispatch area to assess and note down rejected, returns and
undelivered goods. Give support and assistance to the sales team and customers. Ensure
proper coordination between our sales team, warehouse, customer receiving section and
purchasing department. Regularly follows the replenishment of items available from other
branches. Request list of items purchased and allocated by the Logistic department from the
manufacturer. Prepare correspondences in reply with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Prepares guarantee and warranty letters as per conditions and approval of BIO MEDICAL
Engineers. Receive and answers calls and faxes from customers. Core Deliverables in the Job
(Output): Improvement of company sales. Better working relationship with the key customers
such as King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Riyadh Military Hospital, King Fahad National Guard,
Security Forces Hospital and many more including private hospitals. Customer satisfaction, due
to immediate action in attending their queries and follow ups.
