2. WHAT DOES USB STAND FOR???
• USB stands for Universal Serial Bus
WHAT IS A DONGLE???
• Many devices smaller than a pack of gum can slip into the
Universal Serial Bus (USB) port of a computer.
• These devices are called USB dongles and add features to the
computer or machine that were not built in by the
manufacturer.
• This can include the ability to connect to wireless networks,
transfer data from the computer to the dongle, and increase a
system's security.
INTRODUCTION
3. BACKGROUND
•We would like to introduce ourselves as leading entrepreneurs engaged in
development and marketing of 3G Dongles.
•The firm named DEYA is managed by Mr. Yash Kothawale & Mr. Deep
Mehta.
•We will enter into the market of high speed dongles.
•The new product is a revolutionary technology and it will be a step ahead
of the internet dongles currently in the industry.
•The major funding towards the company will come from the owners of
the company. The rest of the funds will be obtained from the bank as a
loan.
•The company is expected to begin its operations by the year 2014 in the
month of April.

Usually, in economics we assume firms are concerned with

11. ASSOCIATE CONCERNS
•The company has one associate concern which is TATA to
provide the broadband network connection which will be
incorporated in DEYA USB Dongles.
It is a global giant in 3G USB Dongles with high download and
upload speeds and also with high connection speeds.
•However our company shall retain the royalty and the
agreement is made on a profit sharing basis where our associate
will provide us with resources and the profit will be shared as per
the agreement.
12. COMPANY OWNERSHIP
•Around 50% of the company will be under the owners of the
company.
•Around 25% of the company will be owned by the investors
investing in the company
•The remaining 25% of the company will be available in the
form of shares to the public.

There are also proprietary USB dongles that act as a security
token to authenticate software in order to protect it from use by
unauthorized persons.

15. FINANCIAL PLANNING
•We are expecting negative growth in the first year of our
operation with no profits.
•This is because of the initial investments made in the company’s
interest and also due to the loan taken from the bank.
•According to our predictions we expect a positive growth with
an average turnover and profits onwards the third year of our
operation.
•In case our predictions turn out to be erroneous or wrong we
have a credit limit which will help us remain stable.
16. IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY
•The company’s business strategy is to enter into an geographical
area where there is less competition and where the technology is
in its nascent stage so that it is easy to attract customers.
•Secondly the company will also publicize the product by the
means of advertisements so that the people become aware of
our product.
•Thirdly we are planning to offer various schemes to our

17. FUTURE PLANS
•One of the most important plans to be implemented by our
company is to buy its own Bandwidth Spectrum so that we can
provide our own wireless network services unlike the current
scenario where we are just providing the hardware and the
network services are provided by us in collaboration with TATA

Development and keep up the trend of coming up with a new
and better technologies time after time.
