Activities Carried on During Services Period:-
1. Taking handing over of Project Charter, basis and estimation
document.
2. Analyzing possibility of achieving schedule target, cost target,
margin target; with given contractual constraints, assumptions,
inherited risk etc. If found ok then going ahead with further project
management activities or bring the observations to management’s
notice.
3. Developing project management plan, finalizing project team,
preparing WBS & scope base line, finalizing schedule base line,
cost base line, communication plan, meeting calendar etc.,
preparing risk register.
4. Conducting KICK-OFF meeting to declare project objective and to
bring all stakeholder into a same platform.
5. Interfacing with client, communicating with client on contractual
and commercial.
6. Reviewing progress periodically with Schedule Variance (SV) and
costvariance (CV). Keeping a tab on the milestone dates.
7. Periodic team meeting with the project team, finding progress
issues,resolving issues,reviewing progress as planned.
8. Facing progress review meeting with client, taking decisions,
giving commitments to client and taking counter commitment from
client.
9. Addressing contractual issues like posting delays from client side
with in stipulated contractual notice period.
10. Controlling on the change requests and following the change
management protocol. Implement only approved changes and
informing approved changes to all stake holders.
11. Executing project in a manner where technical & quality needs are
complied, time frame maintained, customer satisfaction achieved
