Durgapur Sub-Zone consisted of 270 BTS served by 18 Distributors consisting of 4.91 lacs of RGS Base. Handled 5 Crores of revenue per
month (INR 600 million p.a.) through prepaid business, which used to be 3.64 Crores when taken over. Consistent Revenue Increment
happened till Nov 16 @3%-4% per month from the existing sites.
Ensured the Quality of Acquisition by keeping the Rotational Churn below 4% for the entire Sub-Zone by ensuring liquidation of stocks
and reduction of the non-usage base, which was the Circle Best. Acquisitions were done through > 32% OL Dispersion and DAO
comprised of 22% of the UAO, which were Circle Best. FOS Productivity enhanced to ~20 Bill Cuts per day and >20 OTP Generation from
mere 11 Bill Cuts, which were Circle Best.
Restructured the distribution of the major towns like Durgapur, Asansol, Burnpur, Raniganj, Barabani and Pandabeswar by appointing
12 new distributors. This resulted into incremental Gross Ads per BTS from 66 per site to 110 per site. Had done significant Data GADs
in the Sub-Zone with >50 3G Data per 3G BTS. Also launched 5 New Branded Retail Stores (FOFOs) at Durgapur, Raniganj,
Rupnarayanpur and Haldia
Manged Midnapur Sub-Zone which had 299 BTS spread around West Midnapur, East Midnapur and Jhargram Districts. Was
instrumental in restructuring the distribution through immediate appointment and on-boarding of New Channel Partners at Kharagpur,
Haldia, Jhargram, Ghatal, Garbeta and Contai. A significant and paradigm shift in the acquisition happened through Paper to EKYC mode
from 37% contribution to 89% within a week of charge-over.

BTS serviced by 35 distributors and assisted by 3 TSMs and 6 TSEs. Previously managed Sales and Distribution of South 24 PGS from
Apr-13 to Jun-14, handled 2.57 Crs of monthly revenue from 180 BTS serviced by 32 distributors and assisted by 2 TSMs and 7 TSEs.
Did a growth in EOP sub-base @ 5.22% per month and increasing the CMS by 2.5% from the existing Cell Sites itself in West Midnapur.
Reduced 32% Critical LUT and increased the overall traffic by 59% through extensive Sector wise BTS focus. Revenue enhancement per
BTS was 101% during the period.
Gross Ads per BTS went up by 115% than previous FY. Average traffic per BTS increased by 28% even with the 59% influx of NT, ME and
FI sites during the period. 29 Critical Sites were removed out of LUT. Worked on the Cell Site Intelligence by special focus on the sectors
having < 85 Erlangs. Launched 10 new Idea Service Point in the area summing up to 12 ISPs is the area marking the brand presence in
each island of the Sunderban Delta region.
