Job Responsibilities:-
 Review and schedule all preventive maintenance plans on the SAP maintenance system to assist
maintenance team complete the work orders as per the maintenance plan and avoid any time conflict
and ensure that all equipment functional location is consistent with the SAP system and the field.
 Man hour’s utilization report generation and also KPI compliance measurement.
 Coordinate with the warehouse to make sure that the required material needed for corrective maintenance
is available with the right quality and quantity in the right time.
 Assists in the update of the jobs to be included in the “week schedule”. Prepare reports on a regular basis to
ensure that all concerned personnel are aware of scheduling activities performance for future reference and
senior management review.
 Build the “week schedule” making the most effective and efficient use of available resource and issuing the
schedule and Leads scheduling meetings.
 Updates work order status as to whether jobs are workable or unworkable, percent completed, estimated
completion date, reasons for delay and other pertinent information.

Project and turn around responsibilities:-
 Prepares short and long term Shutdown maintenance schedules, monitors completion of the work carried
out and forecasts activities during shutdowns.
 Defines with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering departments any shutdown work scope. Ensures
that all preventive and maintenance, inspection, recertification, repair, overhaul and modifications’
requirements are included in such scope of works.
 Prepares detailed work packages for jobs to be carried out during Shutdowns.
 Prepares implementation programs using “PERT” planning techniques. The “PERT” program will show
clear critical paths.
 Defines maintenance activities, defining manpower and logistic requirements.
 Preparation of tender documents, and providing plans from which Bids can be defined including detailed
scope of work for various services.
 Ensures co-ordination between various divisions, sections and disciplines during overhaul execution, to
ensure that all act in harmony for smooth execution of shutdown.
 Prepares comprehensive shutdown report for evaluation and future reference.
 Checks spare parts and materials availability. Issues materials reservations from stock, and prepares
purchase requests as requested. Follows up with Shutdown Materials Coordinator, warehouse and
purchasing sections on materials status and delivery in support of Operations.
 Coordinate with other Turnaround and Shutdown Planners for the planning of all work orders within the
scope of the turnarounds and shutdowns.
 During turnaround/shutdown executions, this position coordinates the scheduling and progress report to
all levels of the organization
 Integrate post turnaround/shutdown planning report ensuring all executed work orders are properly
documented and finalized in the CMMS
 Comply with all Health and Safety requirements
 Coordinate with the warehouse to make sure that the required material needed for corrective maintenance
is available with the right quality and quantity in the right time.
 Maintenance Budgeting & Costing, Materials Requirement Planning.
 Allocate the unutilised manpower to corrective maintenance activities in a manner that ensures
uninterrupted preventive maintenance activities.
 Identify resource requirements for the scheduled jobs using the job plans.
 Communicates with operations on scheduling status.
 Planned and implemented proactive / predictive / preventive / shut down maintenance schedules for
various rotary and static equipment so as to increase up-time / equipment reliability.

motor for crusher 900kw, motorized RDOL actuator, Star delta motor for hydraulic station, HT panel
Siemens VCB breaker, LT panel L&T ACB breaker, PDB, PMCC, MCC, Star delta connection for moving
machines, grab bucket, LDB, MLDB, motor testing, meggering, earth resistance testing, earth pit making,
220Kv Substation operation and maintenance of 16 bays, Siemens VCB panel board, ACB panel board and
SF6 circuit breaker. And I am capable to trouble shoot the any type of problem in this breaker or its control
