Dokumen tersebut membahas tentang kesehatan reproduksi menurut WHO, mencakup tahapan masa remaja, perkembangan organ reproduksi, siklus mens, proses kehamilan, dan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi.
2. Kesehatan reproduksi menurut WHO
(world health organization) adalah suatu
keadaan fisik, mental dan sosial yang utuh,
bukan hanya bebas dari penyakit atau
kecacatan dalam segala aspek yang
berhubungan dengan sistem reproduksi,
fungsi serta prosesnya
3. a. Masa remaja awal, 10 – 13 tahun.
b. Masa remaja tengah, 14 – 16 tahun.
c. Masa remaja akhir, 17 – 19 tahun.
4. Masa pancaroba/Pubertas
Menghadapi berbagai gejolak
Fisik biologis: perkembangan hormonal
perkembangan anatomi & fungsi
organ seksual
Psikologis: perkembangan emosi yang
labil
5. a. Remaja lebih senang berkumpul diluar rumah
dengan kelompoknya.
b. Remaja lebih sering membantah atau melanggar
aturan orang tua.
c. Telur berada dalam rahim, selaput lendir rahim
menebal dan siap menerima hasil pembuahan.
d. Bila tidak ada pembuahan, selaput rahim akan lepas
dari dinding rahim dan terjadi pendarahan. Telur
akan keluar dari rahim bersama darah.
13. • Cuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah
buang air kecil
• Daerah sekitar kemaluan harus dicuci
dengan air dan sabun lembut minimal
sehari sekali
• Sesudah mencuci , jangan lupa
mengeringkannya dengan handuk atau
lap sebelum memakai celana kembali
14. Pembalut, tampon dan sejenisnya
Pembalut harus :
Bersih
Lembut
Menyerap dengan baik
Gak mengandung bahan alergi
Merekat dengan baik di celana
Jangan lupa mengganti sekitar 4-5 kali sehari
Perhatikan siklus mens!!
15. ANATOMI DAN FISIOLOGI
Indung Telur : Kelenjar di kiri dan di kanan rahim
yang terletak di rongga panggul dan berfungsi
mengeluarkan sel telur sebulan sekali.
16. ANATOMI DAN FISIOLOGI
• Selaput Lendir Rahim : selaput bagian
dalam dinding rahim yang berfungsi sebagai
tempat sel telur yang telah dibuahi akan
tumbuh berkembang.
• Rongga Rahim : Rongga yang terlindungi
lapisan otot dan selaput lendir yang
menampungpertumbuhan seltelur yang telah
dibuahi sampai menjadi janin
• Leher Rahim : Bagian terluar dari rahim
17. MASA SUBUR
- Siklus teratur
Puncak kesuburan pd hr ke-14
(3-5 hr) sebelum&sesudah hr ke-14)
- Siklus tidak teratur
* Hr pertama masa subur =
Jml Hr terpendek – 18
* Hr terakhir masa subur =
Jml hr terpanjang – 11
PROSES KEHAMILAN
Sel sperma + Sel telur
Pembuahan & Kehamilan
18. PROSES KEHAMILAN
a. Sel telur yang keluar dari indung telur
pada saat ovulasi akan masuk kedalam
sel telur.
b. Sperma yang tumpah didalam saluran
vagina waktu senggama akan bergerak
masuk kedalam rahim dan selanjutnya
ke saluran telur.
c. Disaluran telur ini, sperma akan bertemu
dengan sel telur dan langsung
membuahi.
25. Karena kita sekarang sudah
mengerti sebab-sebab
terjadinya perubahan pada diri
kita dan mengerti akibat dari
perubahan tersebut.
Maka kita harus lebih hati-hati untuk
menjaga diri dan bertanggung jawab dalam
menggunakan organ-organ reproduksi kita
Editor's Notes
Unlike the male reproductive system the female reproductive organs are located within the pelvic cavity. This space is wider and shallower in a woman, permitting the uterus to enlarge during pregnancy.
The essential sex glands in a woman are the two ovaries. Each month an egg is released from an ovary and travels down one of the fallopian tubes to the uterus. If the egg is not fertilized, menstruation occurs.
VaginaThe vagina provides lubrication during sexual intercourse and during childbirth. It also acts as a chemical defense against infection.
CervixThe cervix's central opening allows sperm, menstrual blood, or a baby to pass.
UterusThe hollow muscular organ in which a fetus grows and is nourished until birth.
OvaryThis is where female reproductive cells, eggs, are produced.
Fallopian TubesThese funnel-shaped tubes receive eggs from the ovaries and transport them to the uterus.
ClitorisLike the penis, this organ contains spongy, erectile tissue and many nerve endings.
