1 steak of terner a pan
3 garlic a dish
150g of ham kitchen paper
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
100g of parsley
White wine
Olive oil
elaboration:
1.Put the beef steak on a plate,then chop the pieces of garlic and the parsley.
2.Then put what we have chopped steak of the steak .Put a little white wine on the
steak with the garlic and parsley on the top .Let it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3.When that time passes .Put a slice of ham on the steak top.
4.Now carefully roll the steak on itself leaving inside ,the garlic,the parsley and the
piece of ham.Let it rest.
5.We take two eggs and beat it on a dish.
6. Take the bread crumbs and put them on a plate.
7.Carefully we take the steak with the condiments inside .We bathe it with the
beaten eggs.Afterwards we make it a plate of the striped bread .
8. Now we take a pan and we throw the olive oil inside and put it on fire.
9.Put the roll in the pan for about 3 minutes.
10.When we take it out ,put it on a plate with a little pieces of kitchen paper.
