 Day to Day Branch Management including handling customer complaints.
 Lead and mentor team towards achieving Branch target.

 Before October 2015, Branch’s overall performance was behind by approximately
30% in all YTD Targets.
 Since Oct 2015, Total Annual Lending Target is $18.0 mil. Already achieved with my
personal contribution of $8.0 million in Home Loan settlements. Also, additional
$31 million (my personal achievement) already pre-approved and at various stages
of funding.
 General Insurance referral target for the year was 190. We have already met the
target and exceeded by 25%
 85% of Annual MRI Target achieved. Target was 65 MRIs.
