FBOP Conversion: Volunteered to be part of the conversion from California National Bank to US Bank. I was
assigned a branch in Tustin, CA to teach US Bank policy and procedures to the management and staff.
District S.T.A.R.T. Champion: Attended Start Calls, and spoke on conference calls in my district alerting the team of
where we are at our goal and keeping the team motivated. I also followed up with the managers to make sure they are
keeping START alive in the branches.
