Toastmasters: I was a part of Toastmasters chartered group for US Bank called USB Speak Easies.
I recently was elected secretary of the group. I am also known for my creative and fun way to bring new ideas to the
group for topics.
FBOP Conversion: Volunteered to be part of the conversion from California National Bank to US Bank. I was
assigned a branch in Tustin, CA to teach US Bank policy and procedures to the management and staff.
District S.T.A.R.T. Champion: Attended Start Calls, and spoke on conference calls in my district alerting the team of
where we are at our goal and keeping the team motivated. I also followed up with the managers to make sure they are
keeping START alive in the branches.
Annual Pinnacle: Made the top 20% managers in the company due to sales growth.
Multiple Quarterly Pinnacles: made numerous pinnacles for top producer.
On Board Leader: Leader for the region around the hiring and getting promoted process,implemented new ways
around hiring to make getting hired or promoted at US Bank a big event for new employees and existing employees.
Boulder Chamber Ambassador: Was an ambassador for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. Attended severalribbon
cutting ceremonies for new businesses in Boulder. Toured the new business and networked with other businesses in
the area.
National Mortgage Licensing System: Current
I was on a hiring panel for US Bank for hiring new employees. I would screen them before they went to management
to make sure they were the right fit.
I managed a table at multiple career hiring events for US Bank taking resumes for different business lines.
