 Review and analyze the financial strength and soundness of the customer to identify key risks to the
continued credit worthiness of the business and understand and assess the customer's business model
and its viability in the long run
 The detailed role & responsibilities include financial analysis, Bank statement analysis, Collateral check
and business SWOT analysis, to identify the strengths and areas of potential risks of the proposal.
Suggesting mitigants for all credit concerns and enabling the credit decisions.

 Ensuring quality in appraising the proposal in adherence with statutory and ICICI bank policies &

 Coordination with various teams i.e Sales & Relations, Credit, Technical, Legal and collections team in
finalizing a proposal.
