Job Responsibilities
The key responsibilities are as follows.
 Receipts of invoice from vendor and its validation.
 Processing of invoice and making remittance to vendors.
 Provide judicial and trustee sale guarantee reports to trustee and attorney.
 Preparing monthly REO sales reports and providing management the total foreclosed
loans.
 Closing, escrow and title insurance solutions to efficiently close REO, new home
purchases and home refinance transactions.
 Clear off all title claim issues of existing customers and eligibility check for refinance.
 Draft loan modification plans for defaulted borrowers and inform trustee about the
loans status.
 Provide clearness report to trustee and attorney for foreclosing proceedings.
Additional responsibilities as acting Lead
 Preparation of various reports (MIS, daily efficiency and SLA) for management and
clients.
 Responsible of process training and quality check for new joiners.
 Initiative the new updates in the team and train team members.
 Ensuring all title products are delivered within SLA.
 Provide individual productivity report to management.
 Conducting weekly and monthly call with internal and external clients through
conference & follow-up on issues, resolution of queries and escalation management.
 Driving the team to achieve the team objective.
 Managing the client perception of service quality and achieved our 100% SLA.
 Work allocation to the team members and ensure the task is completed by EOD
