SUMMARY
Forty (40) years of experience in the energy industry pertaining to NDT inspections, Quality Assurance
and Quality Control. Functions include, but not limited to, oil country tubular goods, API & premium
threaded products, wellhead equipment, subsurface equipment, valves, assemblies, and down-hole & rig
running equipment. Quality assurance inspection experience to include electromagnetic inspections,
magnetic particle inspection, hardness testing, thread gauging, hydrostatic testing, NDE inspections,
ultrasonic testing, and inventory control. Familiar with API, ASTM, ASME, ISO, and customer
specifications in non-destructive examination of tubing, casing, drill pipe, drilling motors, line pipe,
packers and other drilling and completion equipment. Experienced in mill surveillance and mill coating.
Knowledge and experience in both automated ultrasonics and hand held prove – ups, threading, thread
gauging for API and premium connections, Thorough knowledge of manufacturing processes,
inspections and mechanical testing performed on OCTG’s and engineered equipment.
