closure. Trained HR Managers on the process, aligned with different stakeholders (Legal, Payroll,
Finance) which resulted in increase on within TAT F&F closures.
 Reports & Analysis – Reported out HR analysis (Bench report; Attrition report; Op plan Vs. actual report
outs. HR score card that gets reported at Global leader’s level.
