This past weekend I had the time of my
life. First, Friday night, I had my best friend over
and we made a delicious pizza. After we ate, we
had a friendly video game competition. On
Saturday, my dad took us out on the boat. The

next weekend can be as fun as this one.
4. PERSUASIVE PARAGRAPH

It is suggested that teachers read to

too late to pick up a book and read; people
in the old age have learned how to read and
discovered the pleasure of reading. Turn off
the television and read a book.

Television has become an essential
part of every house. It is the cheapest source
of entertainment. Children find it very
interesting. But it has bad effects also. Seeing
it for long hours harms the eyes. The youth
are easily attracted towards them. They
forget the usual things they do during leisure
time. So television should be watched under
the guidance of the elders.
