Client – Office Depot - Norgross, GA, US
Description: We cross reference customer SKUs against competitor’s SKUs. We use open internet search engines & competitor’s
websites to match information provided by the client & suggest an appropriate or exact SKU in customer catalog. By cross referencing
the SKU’s we assist the Bid Team of the customer, which includes pricing Analysts in their day-to-day activities. This creates extra
bandwidth for customer pricing Analysts to focus on optimal pricing leading to margin enhancements and higher win to bid ratio.
Task Responsibilities:
• To do the transaction monitoring on a daily basis, by taking samples of the transactions handled by the agents in the process
• To record the QA scores of all the agents and give feedback on their scores on a daily basis
• To ensure all the transaction monitoring activities are done properly and the agents in the process show sustained improvement in
