PMaaS has a straightforward commercial model.
We work with you to forecast the project resources
required; this triggers your volume discount rate and
you then pay a predictable monthly fee, regardless
of how project resources flex up and down
throughout the period.
One of the benefits of this model is you won’t
pay for what you don’t use; should your resource
requirements fall short of the predicted requirement,
you will receive a rebate for the days not utilised.
