• 17 years of international working experience in European, Middle East and African countries.
On commencement of my career I was very enthusiastic and worked hard to become a good leader.
Looking at my initial progress of becoming a resourceful manager in a short span was the result out of my
hard work that have placed me in a General Manager position within a span of 7-8 years in an
internationally reputed firm was a big achievement where I was appreciated. When I switched over to a
second Indian company to perform further , I had to face dirty politics rather than facing/ meeting
challenges in the work front have forced me to switch over to various leading International companies
on a project to project basis as well as on a regular basis holding very senior positions where they offer
value and respect for such professionals without any politics and get satisfaction/appreciation for such
performers along with opportunity to handle time bound operations independently along with learning
process to become a good manager in the field of operations that never seen in Indian Industry. At the
end my effort /intention of settling down in home country made me to disappointments/ learn one more
lesson that can be referred through my last Indian employment history.

• Achieved turnaround of the loss making EPC Emirates LLC into a profit earner within six months.
• Naphtha Cracker Project Phase –111 for Reliance Industries Ltd at Hazera, India. Fabricated &
erected various equipments for the Electro-Mechanical project by breaking world record in
achieving highest site fabrication and erection works targets and encashed heavy bones class of
the contract.
• Effectively involved for the USD 63 Million EPC Project for QGPC– Qatar offshore facility, a fast
track project
• Erected heavy equipments and piping works involving a work force around 3500 personnel for the
USD 200 Million LNG Storage Terminal Project – the second largest LNG Terminal in the world with
storage capacity of 3 Million tonnes of LNG in two trains.
• Achieved an EPC project execution in record time for 2 nos of 100 MW Gas based EPC Power
Projects (power stations)at Nakheel & Qidfa along with 2 nos. of Desalination plant at Dubai for the
Ministry of Electricity and Water – Dubai (MEW).Executed and commissioned the project in record
time.

Job Profile:
• Joining this company was to develop the company structure to be a major player in the
automation Industry.
• Though the Company was a small scale industry but was providing Automation solutions on an
EPC projects basis to various Industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, automotive and process
Industries.
• The organisational growth was restricted due to various reasons such as non professional
approach, lagging in systematic project operation ,procedures, improper administrative control
etc.
• A sincere effort was put to systemise the operation by implementing and streamlining the project
operation procedure including the manufacturing procedures of control panels etc.
• With my association along with the track record I had, they could pick up few new projects for Oil
& Gas and automation projects through various customers known to me.
Unfortunately By looking at the fast development and approach, the board of directors (not professionals

Took charge of the execution of a Grass Root Project of a Storage Terminal and Port known as “STATE OF ART” at
Gujarat State during its uncertainty of its completion and commissioned as planned . An Infrastructure Project
Cost: INR 900 Crores .
Achievements:
• Stream lined the existing inefficient/unhealthy Plant Operation and later assigned responsibility to provide
effective Project Management for a project that was going uncertainty of its completion during
Construction/ execution Phase. Took over as challenge by implementing effective project management
system followed with rectification of system failure, implementation of various systems for Safe and
healthy operations, safe handling of Cargo carrying hazardous petroleum products, training of Staff ,

On commencement of my career I was very enthusiastic and worked hard to become a good leader. Looking at my initial progress of becoming a resourceful manager in a short span was the result out of my hard work that have placed me in a General Manager position within a span of 7-8 years in an internationally reputed firm was a big achievement where I was appreciated. When I switched over to a second Indian company to perform further , I had to face dirty politics rather than facing/ meeting challenges in the work front have forced me to switch over to various leading International companies on a project to project basis as well as on a regular basis holding very senior positions where they offer value and respect for such professionals without any politics and get satisfaction/appreciation for such performers along with opportunity to handle time bound operations independently along with learning process to become a good manager in the field of operations that never seen in Indian Industry. Fabricated & erected various equipments for the Electro-Mechanical project by breaking world record in achieving highest site fabrication and erection works targets and encashed heavy bones class of the contract. • Effectively involved for the USD 63 Million EPC Project for QGPC– Qatar offshore facility, a fast track project • Erected heavy equipments and piping works involving a work force around 3500 personnel for the USD 200 Million LNG Storage Terminal Project – the second largest LNG Terminal in the world with storage capacity of 3 Million tonnes of LNG in two trains. • Achieved an EPC project execution in record time for 2 nos of 100 MW Gas based EPC Power Projects (power stations)at Nakheel & Qidfa along with 2 nos. of Desalination plant at Dubai for the Ministry of Electricity and Water – Dubai (MEW).Executed and commissioned the project in record time. • Executed a first LSTK project under direct control for HPCL Mumbai

Job Profile: • Joining this company was to develop the company structure to be a major player in the automation Industry. • Though the Company was a small scale industry but was providing Automation solutions on an EPC projects basis to various Industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, automotive and process Industries. • The organisational growth was restricted due to various reasons such as non professional approach, lagging in systematic project operation ,procedures, improper administrative control etc. • A sincere effort was put to systemise the operation by implementing and streamlining the project operation procedure including the manufacturing procedures of control panels etc. • With my association along with the track record I had, they could pick up few new projects for Oil & Gas and automation projects through various customers known to me. Unfortunately By looking at the fast development and approach, the board of directors (not professionals but came up from very lower level family members ) who was managing the company had difference of opinion due to the fast development , the effort through which they felt that they may lose the control of entire organisation that they were enjoying so far.
