PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
05 years critical experience of both oil and gas wells with diversified knowledge in various disciplines of
Production Operations (well testing well completion, wireline, slickline, coiled tubing, stimulation, fishing
and field development) at deep and fractured onshore gas and oil wells. I am creative, well-motivated
individual who is capable of working on my own initiative and will always try to give 100% to any project I
embark on. I am ambitious to achieve demanding goals, dedicated, responsible, punctual and able to meet
deadlines and have ability to work in multicultural environment.
Petroleum Engineer---Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL) 2012 – Till date
The Petroleum Engineering team is responsible for preparation of long term and short term strategic
planning, preparation of budget , cost monitoring, support in procurement of inventory and hiring of
services, support in finalizing various reports like End Of Well Reports, Completion Reports, Well Test
Reports etc. Team provides technical support to field operations in the production of hydrocarbons and
the efficient use of water and/or gas injection systems. Work embraces one or more oil and gas fields
with processing facilities and more than 100 wells. Main responsibilities included following:
 Preparing Well Testing, Completion, Stimulation, Well Interventions, Reservoir Surveillance and
Workover Programs in coordination with Service Provider and supervise for onsite execution in
coordination with Chief Well Operation and /or Production manager & Reservoir Engineering
Department.
 Onsite supervision of rig-less testing (extended well test) of exploratory wells.
 Onsite supervision of testing operations including well killing operation. Experience of widevariety
of techniques, tools and equipments used for down hole DST assemblies, Surface facilities,
surfacetesting, down hole gauges, TCP guns and firing system.
 Supervise Wireline Perforations using state of the art technologies like Razor , Connex , HMX and
Pure Guns. Through casing perforations with HSD Guns. Wireline logging jobs e.g: CBL‐VDL and
Gamma Ray with CCL etc.
 Supervises Coil Tubing Operations like Well Stimulation, N2 Kick off, Perforation Wash with acid
using Jet Blaster/ Spin Cat, SSD shifting Jobs.
 Supervision of several slick line jobs for setting and removing plugs, hanging gauges in bottom No‐
Go nipple, opening and closing of SSD, BHP Surveys, Gauge Cutter run to locate obstructions in the
well.
 Act as focal point for production Engineering related contracts (e.g. Rigless, wireline, well test &
redressing), where fields requirements and to be prepared and contract pre-qualification is
conducted.
 Monitors and discuss the performance of installed production equipment (Xmas trees, chokes, SC-
SSSV's, SSV's/ actuators).
 Involved in Daily, weekly & monthly production monitoring and responsible for planning production
enhancement, perforation interval selection & response to troubleshooting along with Reservoir
Team

2.  Initiate and execute the procurement activities like preparation of technical specifications, issuance
of requisitions, bid evaluation, negotiations & assist in seeking HO approvals and supporting
procurement in finalizing the contracts in co-ordination with other involved departments.
 Responsible for preparation of Work Plan & Budget in coordination with concerned departments
for Field Related Operations.
 Coordinating with different services companies for job planning and execution (Testing and Well
Operations).
 Knows the Company health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and
objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility, and ensures that they are effectively
implemented in his domain.
 Supervision of installation and development of New oil filling facility (onsite supervision of
mechanical and civil work).
KEY STRENGTH & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Planning & executions of Production logging, transient & deliverability testing & well completion of
shallow & deep wells.
 Planning, installation & commissioning of surface facilities including PCV, FCV, ESD & Oil flow meter
etc.
 Implementation of strategies and latest industrial techniques for stimulation, work over & rigless
operations (CTO, DST, MDT, PLT, BHP survey) for operational surveillance.
 Ability to carry out root cause analysis of production depletion along with risk assessment and job
safety analysis of critical jobs.
 Improve availability and reliability of operation with in design and operating limits through effective
HSE management system, budgeting, planning and production.
 Plans, supervises and/or carries out a variety of duties relating to rigless operations, testing and
stimulation to ensure optimization of oil producing wells, water supply and water/gas injection
wells. Provides technical support to field operations in the production of hydrocarbons and the
efficient use of gas injection systems.
Key Accomplishments include:

 Successful work over job for installation of gas lift injection system resulting in 3 time production
increase.
 Ensuring the oil production since 3 years with zero time loss.
 Successfully dealt with sludge issue in the oil dispatch.

 NEBOSH certified in IGC with credit.
