Prepare/review the integrated construction and commissioning project schedule in all the phases of the projects (inception,
detail design engineering & material deliverability, execution, commissioning & startup)
Review the P&ID and the IFC drawings
Develop / Review commissioning ,startup and construction procedures
Verify the draft copy of iconic with design, operation and process to confirm all the parameters and controls are in place.

Review the existing plant up-gradation schedule with construction, commissioning, engineering &Operations in-order to
minimize the production loss.
Conduct project Kick off meetings with all parties to make all the parties understand about the project scope, schedule, and
companies QA/QC, & HSE policies.
Schedule, plan, monitor, coordinate, de-bottleneck, and review projects tasks in all phases of execution and pre-
commissioning.
Initiate progressive risk control and mitigation through near miss reporting, reviewing method statements, risk assessment
and toolbox talks for the entire construction phase.
Conduct PTW audit to ensure the work site safety and raise Near miss reports to control the incidents.
Measure the progress by daily, weekly and monthly EV in order to approve contractor invoices and variations and project the
look ahead to the management for future fund requirement.
Review the ITP for effective quality control plan of the projects
Review Rigging and lifting (LOWER & PUWER) procedures of the project.
Plan/Review all the permits to work requirement prior to start the works
Prepare /review the cumulative man-hours against lost time and encourage work team for zero lost time accidents.

Accomplish NAG Central Gas Dehydration plants to connect the depleted Gas wells through central
compressor in order to increase the production and meet the process and distribution pressure. Feed Study
complete. EPC contract awarded, Detail engineering is being done. (First Phase aimed to complete on
2017) 550 million project
Accomplished 3 of EPC Gas compression projects (RC06, 07 & 08) to increase the oil production.225 Million

Accomplished installation of FWKO vessels for the Gas wells to improve the quality of gas.
Accomplished 6 km of 12”Gathering line between Well manifolds and tank batteries within 30 days against
the planned 45 days and 80% of the budgeted cost.
(2012)De-bottlenecking 2off oil well manifold & GOSP which has back pressure due to under pipe sizing.
First shut down for installing the new pipe is completed within 4hrs against planned 12hrs shutdown.
Increased the oil production by reducing the header pressure by 20psi.
(2012)Install online strainer and knockout bulk solid & liquid vessels in order to capture the junks coming
along with the wet gas from the down hole corroded casings at the 7 high risk GDUs
(2012)Modified 36 GDU vapor and drain non-lined sumps in to HDPE lined sumps. Original plan was to shut
the unit for 15 days. New strategy has been implemented to construct the sumps with 8hrs shut down.
(2011) Completed modification of 20 Gas well &GDU in to low pressure operation for in increasing the Gas
production. 2011 Super stretch target of 13 GDU achieved 15 days ahead of schedule.
(2012) Completed modification of 7 GDU & Gas wells with in first quarter which was5day ahead of
schedule. Reduced the average shutdown of 3 months of previous record into 10 days. Increase the gas
production output from 700 MMCF to 1200 MMCF 8month ahead of completion target and 20% below the
budget. Received achievement awards.
(2008 to 2010) Maintenance of 16 process and oil storage tanks in the tank batteries including bottom
plate replacement, roof replacement and modification of skimmer, wash & surge tanks. Receive
achievement awards for replacing the entire bottom plate without jack up the shell plates.
(2008 to 2010) Constructed 7 off new Kuff Gas well head piping, Dehydration units, Dry gas transmission
line tie-in to jump over and distribution headers. Achievement award received for completing the project
6month ahead of schedule and within budget.
(2008 to 2010) Installed more than 125electrical and gas driven Beam pumping units. Completed within
budget and as per schedule
