What is Recruitment?
A process which is included in staffing to select or to fill
the vacant job positions filled with the best candidate.
Following to this there are basically two types of
recruiting.
Internal : Hiring the candidates from the company itself.
External: Hiring the employees by opting candidates with
fresh knowledge, not belonging within the organisation.

Institutes
Employee

My plan of recruiting- LinkedIn
As we all know linkedIn is one of the most famous
social media site for job opportunities and job
searching. Hence, due to this I opted for this app.
However, we can use the similar posts which I will be
sharing after this, by a company to share it on
Facebook, Instagram as well.
But before moving on that, here is an example of a
demo company which I choose and created a false job
vacancy.
Company name: Sandhya Solutions
Job vacancy; Web Developer specialist.
Other channels of promoting
The above presented are the video
forms of posters, where the first one
can be used for LinkedIn, following the
second one for facebook and the last
one for Instagram. By posting on these
sites we can increase our outreach.
Thus, to conclude I have used these
three video posters for finding the
most suitable candidate for filling the
vacant position of web Developer
specialist. You can also choose
referrals from linkedIn, in order to
get the most worthy candidate.
Steps of getting referrals from
candidates
By following the above three steps, you can filter the
ones with low profile and thus catch the right person.
Step1: This implies, the candidate needs to find the right
person in the targeted company. It would be great if they
the one from the domain they want to work.
Step2: After, this the candidate needs to message the
person in a professional way. one should avoid small chats,
should be on point and crisp.
Step3: The last step, is just to wait and be patient. In
case, they don’t reply you can find some other and
contact them.
Conclusion
Through, this PPT we are now able to understand what
is recruitment, types of recruitment, plan of promoting a
vacancy through LinkedIn, and also discussing some
other options for promoting.Then, understanding what is
referrals from LinkedIn, what are the steps and process.
Hence, through this whole understanding we are now
able to gain the knowledge of how important recruitment
and staffing is.
