Pre-Interview  In first step it does an Interview with Client Side for the thorough knowledge towards the Clients needs.  Accordingly it matches/filters the Candidates and Spots the right talent in the Candidate.  It is an Interactive Process as it will be communicating regularly with both the Candidate and the Client side.  It works on by analysing the feedback and providing the necessary advice.  Based on the above steps it further does the approval or disapproval of the candidates for the next step.

Post-Interview  It is the final step in the recruitment process.  Firstly the Global recruitment firm debriefs the Candidate.  It stays in touch with both the Candidate and Client exchanging the feedbacks.  It Concludes the Overall Skill and Eligibility of the Candidate for the respective position in the Organisation.  This method saves the time for both the candidate and the client by making clear and faster decisions.
