• Vikas Gupta:
-Alumni of VESIMSR (Marketing)
-Has an experience of 3 years in Branding and is responsible for
Branding Melting Point & also keep looking for and drafting
different strategies which would enable venture to flourish.
• Vijay Phadtare:
-Alumni of VESIMSR (Marketing)
- Has 2 years of experience in Hospitality Industry – JW Marriott
an additional 1 years experience in customer relations at ITC
- He is responsible for managing the Salon .As he is good at
interpersonal skills and also has supreme ability to understand
and interpret customers' needs and wants.

3. • Sagar Parab:
- Alumni of VESIMSR (Marketing)
- Has an experience of 3 years and in BTL Marketing At Theme
ventures. He is responsible for promoting Melting Point at
residential/ college level by adopting different marketing tool.
• Aditya Wagh:
- Alumni of VESIMSR (operations)
-Has an industry experience of 4 years at BPCL and is responsible
for managing the supply chain and logistics of our Melting
Point.

4. • Samit Mhatre:
- Alumni of VESIMSR (Marketing)
- Has an industry experience of 6 years as a Business Developer and
client acquisition and Here he manages the marketing activities and
also identifying and acquiring new business prospects .
• Rahul Potphode:
- Alumni of VESIMSR (Finance)
- Has an experience of 3 years at RBI. And he is responsible for not only
managing available funds but also looking out for different sources
through which business can raise funds for its future expansion &
operations.
