18. CONCLUSION
With rapid rise in shifting of energy needs from Oil to LNG and
simultaneous exploration and extraction of huge LNG reserves all over
the globe, LNG vessels expansion is taking place at rapid pace. With
shipping industry profits on the decline, Global shipping companies are
stressing towards clean and economic running of the vessel. Hence going
by the past 20 years of trend, new types of economic LNG propulsion
system is on the rise and development in this domain will keep
progressing. Thus training with this regard is needed for updation of
knowledge in regular periods.
