All work has been completed. Excellent posts detailing how you will reach your target

and production roles. Overall an excellent body of work.
Construction – Main Task – comments and mark out of 31/40
The candidate has shown proficiency in the in the creative use of most of the
technical skills. Editing matches the beats well. Some controlled use of the camera
with a good variety of shots. Mise en scene and narrative follow genre conventions
well. Narrative could be clearer in parts.
Construction – Ancillary Task 1 (Digipak) comments and mark out of 6/10
Digipak has been constructed as an album. Using some well framed and edited
photographs. There is basic awareness to conventions and layouts. Sight genre
confusion as this doesn’t appear every ‘indie’, because of the choice of colours
appears more ‘dance’. Title of the album contradicts the poster?
Construction – Ancillary Task 1 (Poster) comments and mark out of 5/10
Poster has been made as a double page spread for a magazine. Candidate has
chosen to use a still from the music video rather than an image used for the digipak.
Whilst the poster does use conventions such as website and social media buttons it
is disjointed from the digipak.
