Major issues:
People tripping over on site and just generally being hurt from silly

Stuff not being put away and a lot of leads are out so the chance of a
damagaing fall is high.
And with a lot of people on set there could be people walking into each
others
Equipment being broken due to lack of care or bad weather
Bad weather ruining the film set and the filming session
Filming crew being hit or hurt by cars, due to filming out in the public
crew should take extra care not be distract or be a nosense to any
passing vechicle
During the scenes involving cars, production team and actors take
extreme care with actions and to pay close attention to everything
aorund them
Solutions:
Clearing up the sites to stop silly acciendents and putting up more
signs around the site to make the crew aware of the dangers.
Plus the clearing away of equipment will be really good because then
the site will not be cluttered
Making sure everyone is organised and knows what they are doing and
when, this reduce the amount of confusion on set and makes more a
more proactive filming session
