1. Oriana worked for me for several years as a valued member of the Reston Virginia Microsoft
Technology Center (MTC). She joined the MTC as a inaugural member of the team and was
instrumental to the configuration and completion of the data center and associated assets required
to build and launch it. The MTC hosts customers from both Public Sector and Commercial enterprise
educating and consulting them on complex technical solutions and everyday beings a new challenge.
I was and still am very impressed with her professionalism and ability to tackle complex situations
with grace and tenacity. Oriana's intellectual agility to learn, master and consult on a very diverse set
of technology topics made her invaluable. While a strong individual contributor she was equally as
strong in her coaching and leadership capabilities willing to jump in and contribute as the lead or a
team member. Her interpersonal skills made customers feel welcome and open to talking about the
real business challenges they face even when at times they might have been reluctant to do so. In
conclusion Oriana is a rare find in the a field that full of technical talent. Her technical acumen and
