My career goal is always to be able to provide support, assistance, consultancy, and management in the field of Information Technology. I have a degree in Computer Engineering from my country of origin and also pursuing a 2nd degree in Management Information System at Texas Tech University. I have moreover 19 years of experience providing technical support on hardware/software, networking, including a 6-7 years supervisory experience.
