This role provides IT support to senior executives and their assistants. As the sole IT contact, the technical concierge will provide expert-level support across a variety of technologies and develop relationships to resolve any issues. In addition to responding to problems, the concierge will work proactively to apply the best IT solutions and make improvements before issues arise. Qualified candidates will have expert experience supporting desktops, networking, communications platforms, and experience providing 24/7 support.

be the sole contact for any IT issues for Senior Executives and their

Responsibilities
· Provide expert level support for the IT technologies the executive staff
utilizes most often.
· Provide expert level support on all desktop issues, Printing/Copying/Fax,
Smart Boards, Outlook, VPN, Video and Audio conferencing, mobile phones,
tablets, Lync, VOIP phone and other IT platforms used on a consistent or
inconsistent basis by the Executive Offices.
· Develop relationships and expertise to become the person that ‘can fix
anything’.
· Be the face of IT even on issues you can’t resolve yourself; Acting as the
advocate for the executive office, you’ll provide all the necessary interfaces to
the rest of IT for quick resolutions.
· Remain prepared to help if there is a problem.
· Be more than a person to call when something’s broken.
· Work to apply the best IT has to offer to these executive level customers on
a pro-active basis.
· Listen, learn and apply improvements before they become a problem.
Qualifications
· Expert level experience on all desktop issues, Printing/Copying/Fax, Smart
Boards, Outlook, VPN, Video and Audio conferencing, mobile phones,
tablets, Lync, VOIP phone and other IT platforms.
· Ability to provide 24x7x365 support.
· Ability to travel as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience is required.
