Present job description:
 To prospect, develop and maintain the sales account of customers within the territory and
with the ultimate aim of selling the company’s products to them effectively and profitably on
daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and meeting the agreed and assigned sales target.
 Monitor, be aware and report monthly the activities of the competitors in the market in term
of pricing, discount, packaging, sales promotion and incentives to direct users so as to advise
the regional Sales Manager on ways of curtailing the effects of such activities.
 Facilitate meeting between client and head of sales where a high network negotiation is
require on a projects, ensure proper booking and confirmation of appointment.
 Selling all company’s products in line with the cross selling policy of the company and keep
records of all sales made and submit periodic reports to the head of Sales.
 To attend monthly meeting with other sales team for a sales activities review.
 Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly report on sales target.
 Ensure all reports expected from the selling activities at the domiciled deport are submitted as
at when due.
 Execute any other assigned duties from time to time.
 Monitoring on constant basis, products behaviour, customer’s reaction to them and to advice
the head of sales on trends in the market and activities to ensure customer’s satisfaction at all
time through the use of customer’s satisfaction report documents.
 Monitor and Coordinate the activities of the corporate team.
 Audit the exiting corporate account and develop new corporate clients.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting Nice
product Range to new and existing Clients.
 Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service,
explore and identify all their needs.
 Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
 Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
 Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel
 Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
 Manage clients’ / projects’ receivables and cash collections in light of present
financial KPI
 Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post
deal process
 Oversee and manage corporate sales executives to achieve set targets
 Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues “ commercial, marketing,
product supply & others” to ensure efficient operation in terms of “ product
availability, storage, delivery & after sales service”
 Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and
awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
