 Media Planning: Using Media Planning tools such as the data from audience research to
generate an impactful media plan.
 Media Buying:
(a) Developing adequate media buying schedules that indicates stations, week days,
frequency, time bands and media location.etc
(b) Issuing Material requirement to the Creative Agencies/unit
(c) Receiving materials from Clients/Creative Agencies
(d)Timely media booking and dispatch of the correct materials to the scheduled media
houses (TV, Radio and Press)
 Monitoring of all advertising campaigns:
(a) By working closely with the monitoring services/agencies to ensure strict compliance.
