1. Regulatory Compliance on Food standard & Labelling for MY and
Brunei Food Regulation
- Responsible for compliance of all products recipe & labelling to
applicable Food Standard in Food Regulation 1985 .
- Review & Approve various products Label & packaging materials.
- Preparation of Label Vetting dossier submission for MOH approvals.
- Responsible and the gatekeeper for claims approval and keep track

and allergen declaration.
- Regulatory assessment for MY & Brunei Market - ensure market-
driven Projects undergo Regulatory Assessment at the required stage.
- Provide regulatory assessment for project driven by Global R&D
Centre .
- Strong understanding on other key regulation such as Codex.
- Provide regulatory guidance to Group Technology Executive in
preparation of Food Import Registration (FIR) document for Brunei
MOH.
3. Advocacy & Enfluencing
- Make optimal use of the Global Regulatory Early Warning system.
- Regulatory contact person for Brunei MOH and Brunei Importer.
- Provide support & ensure good relationship with national Codex
committee.
- Strengthen the links between national stakeholder with the internal
stakeholders .
- Key Members of several MOH Working Group (Health & Nutrition
WG, MY Healthier Choice Logo WG, MOH Nutrition Promotion WG ,
Dairy WG , Cocoa & Cocoa Products WG).
- Key Member for SIRIM Standard WG for Cocoa & Cocoa Products.
- Active participation in FMM meeting on proposed various new and
amendmend of Food Regulation.
- Update the internal stakeholder on relevant regulatory key issue.
4. Foundation & Knowlegde Sharing
- Ensure active participation in Key workshop
- Provide Basic Regulatory module training to new comers in
Application Group & Brand team.
- Conducted Training on MY Regulatory Basic Module in the SME
Mentoring Programme.

2. Conduct Nutritional Training products for Healthcare professional .
3.Provide Nutritional support coverring Key Peaditrician &
Gyneacology in Key Hospital in KL and Selangor.

3. Achievements 1. Successfully leading the FMM Tasks Force in organizing FMM
MAFMAG On Health & Nutrition Seminar - August 2015
2. Demonstrated high level of commitment & assisted the IMS team
during the importation and transportation trial of new nestle ice cream
from Thailand to Malaysia. Hence ensured timely release of product
and ensure smooth launched.
3. Project on ASEAN harmonised for chocolate & confectionery labels.
Enable to maximize the factory capacity and reduce complexcity in the
factory.
4. Achieved market readiness to roll out Label-D by mapping out new
labelling process by end of 2013.
5. Lead the RSA team as the NPDI champion in the RSA NPDI expert
network for MY for 2013.
6. The core team to successfully launching the Responsible
Advertising to Children - Malaysia Pledge in August 2013.
7. Invited as one of the judges for UPM Final Year students' New
Product Development Day for 3 consecutive years.
8. Invited as Mentor for UPM Food Technology Faculty Career Day.
