Founder and President of “Reda Consult”
Osama Reda (BSc Eng, Certified Marine Chief
Engineer, Certified Supply Chain Professional by APICS) is
A leader and expert in Integrated Project management
Supply Chain optimization, Operations Management,
Continuous Improvement and Operations Excellence (LEAN,
TPM, etc.) in FMCG, food, Beverages and Pharmaceutical
arenas
Following his service in the Egyptian Navy as an Engineering career
officer, he has acquired 18 years of experience in top management
positions in the Pharmaceutical industry at Novartis International in
the areas of: Maintenance, Project Management, HSE
Management and corporate Security.
This was followed by 10 years of experience from a plant manager to
Operations Director, associated with Operations turn around,
reorganization, expansion and growth in the Food and beverage
7. industry at Beyti (now IDJ: a joint venture between Pepsi
International and AlMarai), Gozour (a subsidiary of Citadel
Investment Group): Enjoy, Dina and ElMasrieen) industries. And, at
Judi for food industries (a Leading Dairy and Beverages company,
Tripoly in Libya)
As of 2012, Osama has established his consultancy/advisory office
“Reda Consult” to support FMCG, food and drug companies reach
their full potential performance in its local market and the region
Osama is also a trainer/instructor at the Executive Education
Management Center at the AUC (the American University in Cairo),
for Supply Chain Management
