Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
o Planning & implementing marketing activities across Automobile industry, setting up new marketing
strategies.
o Approach OEM’s and Tier 1 Supplier as the part of Sales & Marketing, develop new relationship
o Closely work with Customer’s different department, Supply Chain, Purchase, Engineering, Quality, R&D
o Regularly attend technical meetings with Japanese Colleague
o Prepare the Quotation for the Customer
o Assure Customer for maintain the lowest cost with quality standards

o Arrange and attend the Quality Audit meetings
o Prepare the Documentation Process with Japanese Colleague

o Presently overseeing the Business in Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, and Chennai encompassing Sales & Marketing,
Sales Planning, and Credit Control.
o Ensure proper follow up of all potential institutional buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a
prospecting and sales control system.
o Monitor customers' likes and dislikes lost sales
o Communicate daily with the plant manager regarding units needed for the sales network as inventory.
o Ensure that of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including special sales.

Job Objective:
Responsible for the performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Works towards the achievement of revenue
goals, has the “no customer left behind” mentality, and upholds the overall values, visions, and goals of EMC
Sales. Establishes plans and strategies to defend, expand, and grow the customer base in assigned market.
Continually spends time training improving own product, sales, and competitive selling skills. Works with partners in
assigned market providing them with assistance in opportunity management, sales campaigns and technical
requirements.
Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:
TERRITORY & MARKETING MANAGEMENT
o Prepare the Reports for sales team after analyzing their territory on the basis of their Performance.
o Planning & implementing marketing activities across the territory, setting up new marketing strategies.
o Prepare the Pricing strategies as per competitor pricing strategy in assigned territory.
o Prepares and executes supplier specific marketing plans as part of distribution contract.
o Prepare marketing events and participate in exhibition as per Territory demand.
o Take the Appointments for corporate Clients, Preparing & designing the proposals.
o Reply the Queries with all Information within 4 hrs or ASAP.
o Conducts weekly /monthly one-on-one review with Sales Manager to review prior week’s activity report, as
well as review current forecast (pipeline through commit deals), opportunities, programs management,
systems, Distributor & Dealer issues, and any other needs / requirements that may arise.
o Meets or exceeds all daily/weekly /monthly activity metrics for the number of outbound calls, dedicated
prospecting time, appointments/scheduled calls set, opportunities added, talk time and lead follow up.
o Maintains contact with all customers in assigned territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,
resolution of issues, and cross-sell and up-sell the EMC product suite.
o Accuracy in forecasting your Sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to your Manager.
o Building relationships and developing your Distributor & Dealer Network.
o Execution, Follow-Up, and Tracking of all assigned marketing/program leads.
o Coordinates with other LOBs as necessary (e.g. field sales, channel managers, marketing.)

o Responsible for continued self education on the EMC product suite, Market trends, and their overall selling

Modeling and Analysis of a Four Member Single Echelon Supply Chain using System Dynamics Approach
In this project I first developed an understanding of supply chain and its management, then moved on to Bullwhip
effect and its causes namely rationing game, lead time, price fluctuation and order batching. Further to this I
simulated a four member single echelon supply chain using i-Think software to demonstrate this effect. Various
games were performed on the supply chain under controlled conditions of the above mentioned factors.

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations: TERRITORY & MARKETING MANAGEMENT o Prepare the Reports for sales team after analyzing their territory on the basis of their Performance. o Planning & implementing marketing activities across the territory, setting up new marketing strategies. o Prepare the Pricing strategies as per competitor pricing strategy in assigned territory. o Prepares and executes supplier specific marketing plans as part of distribution contract. o Prepare marketing events and participate in exhibition as per Territory demand. o Take the Appointments for corporate Clients, Preparing & designing the proposals. o Reply the Queries with all Information within 4 hrs or ASAP. o Conducts weekly /monthly one-on-one review with Sales Manager to review prior week’s activity report, as well as review current forecast (pipeline through commit deals), opportunities, programs management, systems, Distributor & Dealer issues, and any other needs / requirements that may arise. o Meets or exceeds all daily/weekly /monthly activity metrics for the number of outbound calls, dedicated prospecting time, appointments/scheduled calls set, opportunities added, talk time and lead follow up. o Maintains contact with all customers in assigned territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, resolution of issues, and cross-sell and up-sell the EMC product suite. o Accuracy in forecasting your Sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to your Manager. o Building relationships and developing your Distributor & Dealer Network. o Execution, Follow-Up, and Tracking of all assigned marketing/program leads. o Coordinates with other LOBs as necessary (e.g. field sales, channel managers, marketing.)
