Achievements:

October 08.

European Operations Planner - (June’99 – May’05)
Responsibilities& Experience:
Co-ordination of supply and demand on key Hasbro brand items, Adult/Family/DVD games and Playdoh for all European
Markets.
Preparation of master production scheduling, identifying full year phased loading for the Waterford manufacturing plant and
the subsequent assurance that assetsare in place to satisfy demand.
Preparation of master production schedule for the Playdoh brand and work closely with Hasbro Far East to monitor and
negotiate lead times with vendors and suppliers
Global negotiation of allocated capacity with otherHasbro regions to ensure European demand realisation.
Extensive involvement in NPD (New Product Development) with particular emphasis on problem solving within R&D,
Engineering, Sales and Marketing functions.
Responsible for the monitoring of mould borrowing and their locations so that the movement of tooling can be done quickly
and accurately
Provide systems support by removing small balances from Waterford orders on a weekly basis, to ensure data in SAP is as
clean and as accurate as possible.
Responsibility to ensure that all European Markets adhere to company inventory targets and forecasting procedures
Monitor material releases to minimise market liability and total obsolescence costs

Extensive involvement in the analysis of the Waterford factory led to the continuation of the plant and it becoming more
streamlined to optimise its cost effectiveness.
