 Follow company policy
 Don't use all upper case or lower case.
 Do not use unnecessary humor
 Do not use too many short forms, SMS language
 Do not use one word responses
 Do not call as soon as you send the message
 Do not use the "reply to all" button all the time.
 Do not use bright and gaudy colours
 Do not write and mail when angry
 Do not reply with attachment all the time
