Operations Manager — Pooltechs, Inc. November 2005 — Current
As Operations Manager my responsibilities are managing all day to day operations including Accounts
Payables, Accounts Receivables, Dispatch, Human Resources, Construction Staff as well as Sub-Contractors
and the coordination of projects and job sites.
 Increased Gross Sales by over 300% during my tenure
 Secured relationships with Home Warranty Companies and Vendors to provide consistent leads
 Maintained relationships with Vendors and Sub-Contractors to secure best overall quality and pricing
 Maintain job schedules and ensure all projects are on time and completed within schedule
 Maintain QuickBooks Billing Database for all clients, vendors and sales and provided monthly P & L
reports
Product Development Manager — C-Cor.Net October 2000 — November 2005
I was recruited for this position specifically for my intimate knowledge of Telecommunication Billing Data
Bases and system structures. I was responsible to assist the company with integrating their new hand held
telecommunication field service device with client billing databases. Our clients consisted of Time Warner
Cable, COX Communications and AT&T Broadband as well as others.
 Participate with other senior managers to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives
 Analyze the needs of functionality to establish priorities for feasibility on system design and
implementation
 Coordinate efforts with engineering on product development and requirements
 Develop white papers, technical requirements and specifications for new product offerings
 Maintain internal communications with sales team and operations via product update materials
 Manage product implementation to ensure successful deployment to customers/clients
