o Completed $7.8m, 6 month, sequential project ahead of schedule.
o Successful project led directly to new $10m contract for new sites resulting from client’s
merger.
o Project scope included circuit install or upgrade, install of VoIP and associated equipment,
and porting of over 50k phone numbers from other carriers to 1400 retail and business
offices.
o Project team included over 50 members from internal sales, design, order and install groups,
and from clients direct report teams and multiple vendors.

o Ongoing $6.5m, 3 year, Agile project.
o Project scope includes multiple subsidiaries, with differing designs and technical
requirements, variable sponsorship support, multiple VoIP and circuit products, flexible
schedules, multiple billing accounts, and differing processes based on these variables.
o Management includes working with multiple client project managers for each subsidiary, and
multiple technical teams depending on technical variations.

o Created service agreements and managed internal teams to meet the requirements of those
agreements including service levels, communications processes, and escalations.
o Improved service rating from Red to Green, and quality rating from 69% to 81%, resulting in
