6. In light of your Leadership Development Goals and as a
potential 360-degree leader, how could you use your
Values and Purpose to Lead-Up?
I would be a person that is open minded with
the team and be determined to fulfill every task
at hand. I would help out my team with any
problem that they would encounter and find a
solution for it (Maxwell, The 360-Degree
Leader, 2005, p.5). I would learn how to
complete any tasks even if it is something I’m
unfamiliar with.

7. In light of your Leadership Development Goals and
as a potential 360-degree leader, how could you use
your Mission to Lead-Across?
I would lead my team to success by making sure the right
communication and leadership is present at all times. I
would show my team that its not always about
competition to become the best. I would show my team
that it isn’t a bad thing to be open to the ideas of other
besides their own (Maxwell, The 360-Degree Leader,
2005, p.7).
