The leader from a team's point of view

for in our
leader?
Can you inspire your team?

2. Yesterday I talked with a colleague
about leadershipand the
difficulties in leader aknowledgment

3. So, I started thinking about what do
we want from our leader

4. Can we explicit that?

5. Can we explain what brings up
enthusiasm about working in
someone’s team?

found out

7. - First of all, my leader has
to be better than me at
doing the work. I want to
learn, not to run after
his/her mess

8. - I guess it feels more comfortable
if he/she knows what the plan is,
what it is going on

9. - I don’t recognize the
leadership due to his/her
age or the worked years, I
need to believemy leader
deserved his/her role

10. I’d like to be
inspired

guidance beside,
the faster the
improvement

so I can mainly talk from the team
side,rather than the leader one
