10. • the application of scientific findings in our method,
process or procedure of working in the field of
education in order to affect learning. It embraces
curriculum and instructional design, learning
environment, theories of teaching-learning. It is
also a field study and a profession. It is the use of
all human inventions for teachers to realize their
mission to teach in order that students learn.

12. • With technology, there is a lot that a man can
do which we could not do then.
• Cellphones and webcam: makes us closer to
someone who is miles away from us.
• Television: enables us to watch and be updated
with worldwide events
• In teaching, multimedia in the classroom
makes the teaching-learning process a novel,
simulating, exciting and engaging one.
13. • When technology is misused, it could destroy
relationships
• We spend more time in using cellphones than doing
more important and valuable things in studies or
works.
• A teacher may misuse educational televisions in a
class when he/she lets these technologies replace
him/her just to kill time
• Technology becomes a detriment to learning and
development when not used properly.

18. Meaningful learning
• gives focus to new experience that departs from the learning of
sequence of word but gives attention to meaning.
• students have prior knowledge that relevant to new learning.
• the learner is encourage to recognized relevant experience.
Discovery learning
• ideas are presented to students in a well- organized way.
• students perform task to uncover what is to be learned.

19. Generative learning
• have active listeners who attend to learning events and
generate meaning from this experience.
• creating a personal model of explanation to the
new experience in the context of existing knowledge.
Constructivism
• the learner builds a personal understanding
through appropriate learning activity and good
learning environment.

23. According to Edgar Dale cone of
experience is visual model that is
composed of eleven stages starting from
concrete experiences at the bottom of the
cone then it becomes more and more
abstract as it reach the peak of the cone.
The cone of experience is not based on its
difficulty but rather based on abstraction
and on the number of senses involved. It
say that the more senses are involved in
learning, the more knowledge and the
better the learning will be, but it doesn’t
mean that concrete experiences is the only
effective experience that educators should
use in transferring knowledge to the
learners.

25. Traditional Way
• As delivery vehicles for
instructional lesson
• Technology serve as a source
and presenter of knowledge
• Assumes that knowledge is
embedded in the technology.
Constructivist Way
• As partner in the learning
process
• It engages learner in active,
constructivist, intentional,
authentic, and cooperative
learning
• Provides opportunities for
technology and learner
interaction for meaningful
learning
26.
27. Constructivist Perspective, the following are
roles of technology in learning:
1. Technology as a tools to support knowledge construction
• for representing learners ideas, understandings and beliefs
• for producing organized, multimedia knowledge bases by learners
2. Technology as information vehicles for exploring knowledge to
support learning-by-constructing
• for accessing needed information
• for comparing perspectives, beliefs and world views
3. Technology as context to support learning-by-doing
• for representing and stimulating meaningful real-world problems,
situations and context
• for defining a safe, controllable problem space for student
thinking
28. 4. Technology as a social medium to support learning by
conversing
• for collaborating with others
• for supporting discourse among knowledge-building
communities
5.Technology as intellectual partner to support learning-
by-reflecting
• for helping learners to articulate and represent what they
know
• for supporting learners internal negotiations and meaning
making
• for supporting mindful thinking
29. Learningtrough Ed TECH 2
This course will serve as an eye
opener to the future mentor like me, on
what is in nowadays, the proper
teaching in which appropriate to the
needs and desire of the modern
students. As a future teacher we are
given a chance to become an effective
teacher someday we are being thought
for a better teaching which is also helpful
for both teacher and students by the
help of this course.

30. Learningtrough ED TECH 2
There’s a lot of knowledge we can get from
Ed Tech 2 course. This course will serve as an eye
opener to the future generations. Since we’ve
finished our Ed Tech 1, we have already knowledge
about it; so that second Ed Tech is not difficult to
understand and to apply. Educational Technology is
not only about on different kind of technologies but
also in learning ; how to have meaningful teachers,
students, and classroom . It was a very good course
to take by the education students because by it they
can teach meaningfully, will be an aware teacher for
those future students, they can teach with the help
of technologies which the students nowadays are
aware and interested.

31. Learningtrough Ed TECH 2
Many student expected to be a
creative and flexible their higher-order thinking
skills through technology by different learning
situation. Nowadays, the teacher can’t get
easily the attention of his/her students when
she/he use the traditional method/way of
teaching. So, as of now we must become more
creative and flexible when we are teaching
especially we will be teaching to young
individuals. Through technology students
explore their skills through experience their
skills by their own. As a future teacher, I’ve
learned that by taking this subject it could help
me to enhance my knowledge and skills

32. Students after ED TECH 2
The great thing after learning this course is,
it help students become computer literate, being
knowledgeable about the use of computer and
aside from that they will be aware of different use
of computer software including the Microsoft,
Power Point and Micro Excel and many other thing.
Likewise the advantages and disadvantages of it,
they will know how to manage it.

33. Students after ED TECH 2
I think the students after Ed tech. II will be
an expert on how to use a technologies e.g
(laptop, computer); not only on that but also the
learning and information behinds that, it will
expand and enhance more their skills and how to
use it properly. Student will be aware of what is
technology in life .

34. Students after ED TECH 2
The students are apply technology to
their lives effectively, in a way they can use it
to learn better they are able to know what is
the purpose of the educational technology and
make a instruction materials that related to a
particular topic and they must learn how to
use the technology in a right way and we
should know our limitations when using
technology.
