This document outlines the schedule of events for Mental Health Week from October 10-14, 2016. The week included lectures on World War II and the Holocaust, a nature trip to the Little Carpathians, workshops on integration and sharing happy summer holiday memories, presentations on avoiding stress, and sports activities on the final day including exercise with balls, rope jumping, and competitions.
