 Weekly Procurement Delivery Report & Daily & Monthly Report of Consumable Materials Status
 In charge in coordinating & monitoring materials required
 Prepare Purchase Requisition
 Expedite, Logistics,Machinaries Equipments and Local procurement
 Planning and preparation of materials for shipment.
 Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and
material availability.
 Checkall materialswhentheyarrive onSite (followingourContractingProceduresfor“incominggoods”) in
coordinationwiththe QA/QCsectionandimmediatelyimplementthesenew itemsinthe Stocklist
 Responsible for coordinating raw material flow between onsite warehouses
 Coordinate with the Procurement team and follow up the materials delivery
 Coordinate with the logistic team
 ImplementHSE/EHSregulationsatall levelsandMaintain/Control housekeepinginthe warehouseand
yard to ensure materialsare storedinanorganizedmannercreatingasafe workingenvironment.
 Control of documents – Shippinginvoices,Material /test Certificates,purchase ordercopies,packinglist,
MRR, MIV, MSDS for all hazardousproductsand all otherdocumentspertainingtomaterial control activities
 Supervise unloadingandreceivinginspections.Store all packagesinthe designatedarea.Inspectionasper
