 Preparation and maintaining document such as, Quotation Request, Purchase
Order, Delivery Note, Gate Pass & Transmittal Form, Material Receiving Report,
Issuance Form (Consumables & Yard Materials), Weekly Procurement Delivery
Report, Daily & Monthly Report of Consumable Materials Status, Weekly Report
of Store Materials Status.
 Monitoring and ensuring
 Maintaining and updating Material out going and receiving Statistics in daily
basis.
 Preparation and submission of daily report and offering necessary document to
QA/QC for inspection.
 To follow up the material with vendor in order to insure the delivery of the
material on time.
 Preparing the entire necessary documents after receiving the material from the
vendor or supplier in order to get submit these documents to the client for
approval of the material.
 Consumables Materials such as Welding Electrode, Filler Wire, Cored Wire &
Flux, Gases (Oxygen, Acetylene, and Argon & CO2), Copper Slag & Steel
Shoots/Grits, and Paints etc.
 Coordinate import/export shipments. Prepare and process required
documentation; examples: freight and duty invoices, export documentation,
certificates of origin. Legalization of documentation.
 Coordinate with users to obtain accurate specific data from suppliers in order
to correctly identify the material product and assist Purchasing in specifying
the right item to the supplier based on precise description.
 Ensure safe transportation, loading & unloading of materials & equipment for
incoming & outgoing.
 Arrange to transport facility for issue materials for local projects sites.
 Receive and analyses the documents and take prompt action according to
requirements.
 Prepare required documents and maintain all files for material delivery sites
and prepare efficient work schedule.
 Coordinate and attend weekly meeting with procurement, project, sales and
account to set future plan.
 Monitor & verify material accuracy to ensure all material are controlled, stored
& segregate properly.
 Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reporting to
Management.
 Generations of materials costing reports in line with Finance Department and
also provide monthly Account statement to the finance department of
transaction done on monthly basis.
 Ensure a satisfactory audit and compliance environment.

3.  Ensure that Material susceptible to deterioration by weather, humidity, time
(expiry date) monitored closely. First In First out (FIFO) followed.
 Arrange to place all the incoming material to their pre-planned stock place.
 To supervising of material preservation and handling of hazardous or
nonhazardous, and dangers goods with material data sheet (MSDS).
 To managing and supervising the orientation, safety toolbox before starting the
jobs like dangerous goods loading offloading, packing, labeling and lifting.
 Maintain good housekeeping of material yard & warehouse.
 Responsible for the safe storage, security of inventories and equipment used in
warehouse.
 To coordinate with various departments to manage efficient flow of all materials
and implement to the plan for construction activity and work.
