 Ensuringthat the plant Operating Discipline procedures and guidelines meet quality requirements.
 Assume required frequently in process analysis of produced SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate) and
CAPB (Coco Amido Propyl Betaine) to ensure maximum quality.
 Handle sophisticated instruments (GC, AAS, IR, APHA colorimeter, PH meter, Viscometer, UV, Density
meter and FTIR) and other instruments.
 Prepare and standardize Volumetric Solutions, Standards & Reagents.
 Utilizes Statistical Process Control tools to optimize plant operation and provide feedback on the
effectiveness of the Statistical Process Control tools.

 Undertake physical inspection of the packing tanks including (ISO tanks, IBC’s & drums) before loading.

 Data update in hard and soft copies and on Navision system as per ISO 9001-2008.
