 Ensures that packaging materials supplied to production are based on the principle of First-
In-First-Out (FIFO).
 Prepare weekly stock position to trigger off re-order level.
 In liaison with other store executives ensure the smooth flow of materials from suppliers to
end users follow the approved routes.
 Monitor the inventory level of all packaging materials and trigger off the process of
procurement.
