2. Job Responsibilities:
 To ensure the quality analysis for all Raw and Packing Material viz.
 Raw Material – looking all physical, chemical & analytical analysis likes hot water
extract, moisture content & as per TC guideline etc.
 To ensure the all quality & legal parameter to export the material for other state.
 To ensure all various test to ensure customer procedures necessary and required in
order to establish Quality of a commodity as per company and customer requirement.
 To ensure quality audit to existing supplier and new supplier development & advice to
maintain as per USL requirement and audit report share to HO.
 Training provide to shop floor to enhance their ability to good work (GMP/GHP etc.) and
to improve FG quality.
 To provide the training to QA personal for GLP to enhance their skill.
 Ensure proper infrastructure and resource for developing and smooth functioning of
analysis and R&D lab activities on day to day basis.
 To analyze the final product from NABL Accredited Lab half yearly & government
department every batch (as per government rules)
 To ensure quality analysis of random batch samples and quality assurance reports.
 Maintain quality standards through rigorous checks and feedbacks to Third Party
Manufacturers.
 Analyze consumer complaints and take necessary actions.

 Procurement of all Raw Materials & Packing Materials & ensure the quality of all
received material.
 Coordinated for machine maintenance with production line workers & follow the SOP
during the PM.
